As a Linux admin you will need to know what is happening on your system, there are useful services for this purpose such as rsyslogd and journal services
Part 3: working with the virtual machines
You will learn a complete solution that allows you to run virtual machines on top of your Linux environment.
Part 4: configuring a firewall
You learn how to block and enable access to specific services and how this services are organized
Part 5: configuring remote mounts and ftp
You will learn how to set up and manage remote mounts and also how to configure an ftp server
Part 6: using kickstart
You will learn how to install many servers unlike using the manual installation procedure
Part 7: managing the selinux
You will learn how selinux works and what to do to configure it so that your services are still working and will be much better protected against possible abuse.
Part 8: managing and understanding the boot procedure
We describe the boot procedure in detail and zooms in on vital aspects of the boot procedure
Part 9: troubleshooting the boot procedure
You will some techniques that can be applied when normal Linux server startup is no longer possible.
