Refer a friend to our esteemed Institute and pave the way for their future as a Software Developer or Cyber Security Analyst. When your referred friend successfully enrolls, you earn KES 5,000 as a token of our appreciation. It’s a win-win for everyone!

How It Works

  • Refer: Fill out the form below with your details and your friend's information.
  • Enroll: Your friend joins our institute and pays the registration fee of KES 2000 for Certificate courses or KES 2500 for Diploma courses, paving the way for their enrollment.
  • First Installment Payment: A successful enrollment occurs when your friend pays the first installment of KES 20,000 after clearing the registration fee.
  • Payment Processing: You will receive your payment on a Friday of the week when your friend completes the total sum of KES 20,000 towards their first installment. However, if your friend finishes paying the first installment on a Friday, your payment will be moved to the next week's Friday.
  • Provide Referrer's Name: Your referred friend MUST provide your name in Application Form Page 4, Section E, to ensure you receive credit for the referral.
  • Referral validation will be conducted by IST admissions based on enrollment records.
  • Monetary rewards will be disbursed to referrers within 30 days after the referred student meets the referral criteria.

Terms and Conditions

  • The referrer, who should be a current student or an alumnus of the Institute of Software Technologies, refers a friend.
  • The referred friend successfully enrolls in one of our eligible programs at the Certificate or Diploma level (Software Development or Cybersecurity).
  • The referred friend pays the registration fee of KES 2000 for Certificate courses or KES 2500 for Diploma courses.
  • The referred friend pays the first installment of KES 20,000 after clearing the registration fee.
  • The referrer's name must be provided by the referred friend in Application Form Page 4, Section E, for the referrer to receive credit for the referral.
  • Rewards of KES 5,000 are granted to the referrer for EACH successful enrollment.
  • Payments of rewards are disbursed on Fridays of the week when the referred friend completes the total sum of KES 20,000 towards their first installment. If completed on a Friday, the payment moves to the next week's Friday.
  • The Institute of Software Technologies reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities will result in disqualification from the referral program.
  • Rewards are non-transferable between students.
  • Referrers can earn more rewards by referring more individuals.
